WOW WOW WOW! Known Associates Australia had the absolute thrill of once again managing GOLD FIELDS International Women's Day. I say thrill with the full weight of the word behind it because, of all the events I had the pleasure of attending this year, this carefully curated panel was ELECTRIC!
We heard dynamic stories from three inspirational, accomplished women in the fields of mining, astrophysics and health. Dr Kathryn Ross, Danielle Headland and Sylvia Yang, you were each a tonic for the crowd you captivated, sharing stories of success, vulnerability and shortcomings with the perfect balance of humour and grace.
Congrats to the Gold Fields team for leading the way in this space and providing invigorating, thought-provoking content for IWD. I'm so proud that this was one of the IWD events Known Associates delivered in 2023! Thanks for trusting Melissa Howie and our team with such important conversations.
