iCollege Bayswater Launch

Client | SERO Institute & iCollege

Location | iCollege Campus, Bayswater

May 12, 2021 saw the launch of iCollege Bayswater, a night not shy of celebration, extravagance or surprise.

With a state-of-the-art campus designed around iconic Western Australia, the immersive event focussed on unique experiences. Live camels welcomed guests, (plush) quokka selfies were aplenty, and a caricature artist drawing guests riding smiling whale sharks channelled #NingalooVibes.

Formalities began with ambient didgeridoo sounds as Olman Walley welcomed guests to country saying “We all dance on the same rock, and grow under the same star”. With the snip of a giant ribbon by Cr Dan Bull, Hon Donna Faragher and iCollege’s Stuart Manifold, the campus was officially opened and guests were invited to explore the wonders of each room, catered by celebrity chef-turned iCollege chef coordinator, Simon Moore.

What exactly went on you ask? Rottnest held paper plane flying competitions, live entertainment and Rottnest Bakery inspired treats. Broome served Matso’s ginger beer, fresh oysters and endless sushi. Karijini gave guests the chance to learn about Indigenous artefacts before posing in front of the green screen “in the gorges”. Pemberton was lavished with wine tastings and gourmet grazing. Ningaloo offered scallops, seafood, glitter-bombed champagne and more. And finally, the Pinnacles Dessert Room gave guests a mood-lit surprise of gelato and endless desserts under a starry night sky.

Thank you to all our suppliers who made the night so memorable, and of course to iCollege and SERO Institute for trusting Known Associates with your vision.
